BT-3000-G Description:

The BT-3000-G inline thermal mass flow meter, powered by MEMS (Microelectromechanical Systems) sensor technology, is a big step forward in flow measurement. This technology allows for very responsive and accurate thermal flow sensors in a compact size.

It is available in integral and remote transmitter versions and the thermal mass flow transmitter features a 16×2 Character OLED display that provides real-time flow readings and cumulative data. It also supports 4-20mA and RS485 interfaces and offers enhanced communication with connectivity options. Operating on a 24 VDC power supply, the transmitter is protected with a flame-proof enclosure, prioritizing safety in hazardous environments.

The flow meter’s inline model includes a flow tube or chamber, where gas flows steadily and uniformly. This design optimizes the interaction between the gas and the internal sensor components. Equipped with a flange connection, the BT-3000-G establishes a dependable and secure link to the pipeline. This connection creates a tight seal, reducing leakage risks and preserving the system’s reliability.

This model is adaptable to pipe diameters ranging from 1/2 inches to 4 inches, with flange ratings such as ANSI 150#, 300#, DIN2527 PN10, PN16, and more.

Engineered for accuracy, the BT-3000-G measures the flow rate of clean gases, including Compressed air, Aeration blower air, Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Natural gas. Its versatility makes it essential for industries that demand precise gas monitoring and management in various applications.
