BT-3020-G Description:

The BT-3020-G Inline Thermal Mass Flow Meter made gas flow measurement easy with high accuracy. It has a dual platinum wire wound sensor covered in a 316 Stainless Steel coating, which is built for reliable performance and these precision-engineered coils act as heating and temperature-sensing elements for consistent results.

It is available in integral and remote transmitter versions, the unit has a graphical LCD that shows real-time flow, totalizers, velocity (nm/s), and gas temperature. With 4-20mA HART, RS485, and pulse interface it’s easy to communicate and connect. 24 VDC and 230 VAC dual power input and flameproof enclosures for safe use in hazardous areas.

What’s unique to the BT-3020-G is its built-in diagnostic system that actively monitors and reports on the device’s health and performance. This clever feature helps detect issues before they become problems and ensures uninterrupted operation and long-term reliability.

The inline design has a flow tube or chamber designed for a smooth flow profile to interact with the thermal flow sensor. Flange connections provide a secure and leak-tight connection to the pipeline, available for pipe sizes 1/2” to 4” with various flange ratings ANSI 150#, 300#, and DIN2527 PN10, PN16.

It is capable of measuring clean gases like Air, Natural gas, LPG, biogas, Buigas, and Flu flare gas. Thus, BT-3020-X is a versatile solution for industries requiring precise gas monitoring and control in diverse applications.
