BT-3020-X Description:

The BT-3020-X insertion thermal mass flow meter is designed With a dual platinum wire wound sensor enclosed in a 316 stainless steel sheath and provides accurate gas flow measurement. Its sophisticated thermal flow sensor has two platinum wire coils wound around a support structure. These coils serve as both temperature-sensing and heating components, guaranteeing remarkable accuracy.

This insertion thermal flow meter is available in integrated and remote transmitter versions with a graphical LCD that shows the temperature of the process gas, velocity (nm/s), cumulative values, and real-time flow data. Its 4-20mA HART, RS485, and pulse interfaces improve connectivity and provide plenty of communication choices. For safe operation in dangerous situations, the thermal mass flow transmitter is protected by a flame-proof shell and has dual power input sources of 24 VDC and 230 VAC.

The BT-3020-X has an integrated diagnostic system that continuously assesses the performance and condition of the meter. This innovative feature offers information beyond flow measurement.

Its insertion design allows effortless installation and replacement into pipelines with a 3/4-inch or 1-inch NPT compressed fitting, thanks to its insertion design. It supports pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 80 inches, is supported by different probe lengths, and has no moving parts.
